I have been cooking since I was a kid and have learned my only outlet of creativity is in the kitchen. I grew up in the south on lots of butter, bread, and sweet tea. However, back in 2017, I started my first Whole30 in the month of January and have completed one each year since then. This stark difference between how I grew up and how I learned to cook and eat in my adulthood allows me to share with you recipes from clean and healthy all the way to guilty pleasures. I will also be sharing my inspiration for my recipes and some of my favorite things in and out of my kitchen.
